Bring your own API key. RealityOS uses your Anthropic or OpenAI key for all AI features: drafting WhatsApp replies, summarizing calls, scoring leads. You pay the provider directly. Your key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest and never shown again after saving.

Topic-lock is on by default. The AI is prompt-jailed to only discuss your real estate projects. Any other topic (recipes, jokes, coding, politics) is refused with a polite redirect. Every off-topic attempt is logged.
